13. OHIP covers full exams once a year (1 year + 1 day) for all people 19 years and under, 65 years and over, and for all ages diagnosed with diabetes.

OHIP does not cover full eye exams for people who are between the ages of
20 - 64 as of November 2004 (exceptions as per Doctor's discretion).
